We’ve had the privilege of having been featured in Top Billing, Men’s Health, Style, Die Kat and Fairlady Magazines; invited to speak on Kfm Radio and have also featured on an Entertainment Slot on E.TV. We recently also appeared in Die Son and The Weekend Argus. Uplifting and Inspiring Individuals is our passion and at the very heart of what we do. We want to make a difference in the world and leave a legacy of hope and kindness behind us.

The founder Tanya Le Grange has her own inspiring story to tell, one of overcoming and victory in the many areas of her life and she desires to impart encouragement and upliftment to those in need of good cheer. She has recently released a full-colour, beautiful glossy book of quotes called Whispers of Hope…which addresses improving mental health, positivity, building resilience, the principles of success and how to look on the bright side of life when optimism is at an all-time low.

This book aims to uplift spirits, bring positivity and a ray of sunshine into people’s lives. As a special feature, it has contributions from 25 SA top female celebrities, trailblazers and she-heroes with their own words of  encouragement and inspiration. Some of these ladies are Television Personalities, Actresses, Musicians, Radio Presenters, Models, Beauty Queens and other prominent Stars.

She is grateful for the contributions from Prof Thuli Madonsela, Nomzamo Mbatha, Zozibini Tunzi, Pearl Thusi, Jessica Nkosi, Leigh-Anne Williams, Mihlali Ndamase, Minnie Dlamini, Boity Thulo, Pearl Modiadie, Khanyi Mbau, Tamaryn Green, Shashi Naidoo, Cindy Nell, Tracey Lange, Amy Kleinhans and others who stepped up to support the project.

She realised her dream of opening a Latin Dance Studio, ‘Brazilia’, where she successfully taught her unique style of Latin American spice and showcased her lively, flamboyant moves for over 12 years which she still uses to this day and tickles everyone pink.

Part of her journey has included choreographing for International TV commercials, performing Dance Shows  for Corporates, Shopping Centres and Businesses, as well as entertaining and enthralling women at her exciting events.

She has worked with Modelling Agencies, Cosmetic Houses and Celebrities, offering her own exclusive brand of choreography, teambuilding sessions and sassy dance sessions.

Thousands of students at various schools throughout the Cape Peninsula have also been coached by her. All in all, she has contributed positively to uplifting and energising more than 7000 people in South Africa  and although she no longer runs a public dance studio, has now moved on to igniting women  to live up to their full potential through uplifting books, in-house workshops(where the dancing still ensues) and online challenges.

Woolworths, Sanlam, Aurecon, Standard Bank, RMB, Deloitte, Telkom, Spar, Foschini, Queenspark, Orley Foods, Lesedi Nuclear Services, FNB, Blaauwberg Hospital, Durbell Group, Edcon and Paarl Media, are but a few of the clients she has worked with whose staff have been empowered by her services.

Tanya has a heart for disadvantaged and marginalised women. Part of her giving back has included doing pro-bono workshops and donating inspirational gifts to women’s shelters and charities.

The Desmond Tutu Foundation, Hand of Hope anti-trafficking, World Vision, Jabez House, Place of Hope, Sisters Incorporated, St Anne’s Homes, Saartjie Baartman Centre, Releasing Eagles, St Luke’s Hospice and The Salvation Army are some of the organisations that have benefited in a small way from her contributions.

It is her heart’s desire to make a difference in the world, to touch people’s lives and to move others to be more positive, empowered and in control of their future. Her mission is to leave a legacy of hope so that future generations may be encouraged, raised up and strengthened to lead richer, happier, more rewarding lives.

She is supported by her fabulous team
